Education in self employment makes employment a real alternative. Youths graduated from vocational schools should have knowledge in how to start your own company. Finland and local governments all need enterprising youths.
Grown up in a family where dad was a self employed and now being married into self employment, I have had the chance to see how important it is for the self employed family members to have the same social protection as wage earners. Also the added bureaucracy that has come into employment and agriculture is agitating.

It must be prospectus to work and to be hard working. Taxation shall not be allowed to be a break in increased employment. Remove also the inheritance and gift tax. In generation transaction the taxation should not be the barrier for the new generation to take over the operations.
