Christel Marina Liljeström
Born 13.10 1960 in Helsinki, maiden name Björkell.Moved with family to Sipoo in 1968. My parents and both my two sisters with their families are now living in the same area.

Education:
Matriculate from Sibbo Gymnasium.
Physical education-instructor from Solvalla Idrottsinstitut. Been active in volleyball and table tennis and have a degree as a swimming teacher and baby swim instructor. Qualified to work with youth- and sobriety issues. Degree in adult pedagogic.
Farmer’s degree from a 2 year long adult education in Västankvarn Lantbruksskola.

Married to Lars Johan Liljeström 28.11 1981. Johan is a farmer. Together we bought Johan’s grandparents farm in 1985.
At the farm there have been milk-cows 1985-2006. Today there are bulls on the farm. Apart from the food our own animals get from the fields, we also grow grass for horse stables.
Johan is also working as an entrepreneur with tractors and excavators.

Children:

• Jenny born 1983. Graduated as a hairdresser and also from Åland for management in hotel and restaurant business; Hospitality manager..Loves to travel around the world.
• Victor was born in Colombia 1985 and came home in June 1987.Examin from the farmer’s school. Works at our farm and also in the building sector
• Sofia born 1992. Active and cheerful girl who likes football and she is cheering for Portugal….
• Tobias, born 1998. A young boy who was so in a hurry that he was born 2, 5 months premature. He is not so keen in sports but loves to play games with the family’s PC.

Summary - mother, farmer, instructor in sports, active part in a self-employed family, travelling a lot in Europe and in the Nordic countries, feeling that everybody is responsible for their own lives but also for the next of kind - this is the platform, from where I am taking off when difficult issues should be decided.
